All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 working days from the date of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Bulk orders, dealership orders, or large-volume agricultural supplies will be dispatched as per mutual coordination and logistics planning.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery timelines range between 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and product type.

Delivery to remote or rural locations may require additional transit time.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is applicable on retail orders above ₹499.

Orders below ₹499 may attract standard shipping charges, calculated at checkout.

Bulk and dealership orders will have freight charges based on distance, weight, and transport mode. Our team will coordinate directly with the customer or delivery partner for such orders.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, customers will receive shipment confirmation along with tracking details via registered contact information.

Return Policy

Growdhar accepts returns only under the following conditions:

Product received in damaged condition due to transit

Incorrect product delivered

Manufacturing defect

Customers must notify Growdhar within 48 hours of delivery with order details and supporting photographs.
